The 'hotel' is in a crummy neighbourhood where I could not even find a supermarket to buy water and something to eat. The hotel sold me a 330ml (small) bottle of water and two packets of biscuits. "The place is clean, spacious with almost everything you need. They don’t have irons so bring a travel one with you. The area around the hotel is very safe. What I like the most were the people. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If you speak Spanish, you can have a lot of fun. When I go back, I have to stay at least two weeks. I forgot, if you prefer high class hotels, this hotel is not for you. This is not a tourist area."
