We had a 13 hour layover and I didn’t want to spend it in the airport (EZE), so we got a room here. The place met our needs. We got a single room with 5 beds for my family of 5.
The property is a Hostel. The bathroom is shared amongst all the guest, but we didn’t see another guest while we were there.
The key to get in and out of the room was hard to turn, and the beds were pretty cheap with broken slats supporting the mattresses so it felt like I was sleeping on a a slant.
The area isn’t the nicest, so we opted to just stay in and order food. Our options were limited, but we found something and it was decent.
All that being said, our goal was to find a cheap place to sleep over night, and this place fulfilled that goal. It was easy to check in and out of and the gentleman working that evening was friendly. I think the taxi we paid to take is to and from the hostel cost more than the room itself.
So if you just need a place to spend the night and you aren’t picky, the this place will work for you. If you are looking to sightsee and have a nice family experience, maybe stay in a hotel somewhere else.
The gentlemen on staff was friendly.

yeah I got what I paid for; was it coveniently close to the airport; yes, but not a nice area to arrive at in the dark. The hotel is old and tired, but the staff is helpful so that's why it's beyond 1 star. No amenities, no soap or shampoo, had to ask for a towel as it wasn't in the room. The hotels priced cheap and so was the hotel as well. Hard to find in the dark, no lights outside, it actually scared me. Next time I pay a bit more for an airport hotel

Good stay close to EZE airport
Adequate ground floor private double room en-suite bathroom was basic & queen bed ok. Takes a while for hot water to reach shower & sink but nice when it did! Toilet flushed just fine. Old & tired looking structures over all but again, for a hostel it has character & charm. Large common kitchen had enough items to cook & make coffee/tea, etc. Shared refrigerator was full & no names on anything. Bag your food & good luck! Guests were mostly considerate & relatively quiet after 11pm, customary here. Hostel is a funky older estate in a neighborhood of mixed housing on a tree lined dirt side road, common here. Not well lit at night but my head lamp helped. Gate is opened with a butter knife 🙃 & front desk attendant is quick to open gate with a couple rings of the doorbell on gate. Pool in courtyard was refreshing. A few more chairs for relaxing would be nice. 3 fairly quiet, older dogs hang out in the common yard & one likes to play when fewer guests are in residence & he's allowed in yard. Not fancy but serves as an affordable stay near EZE airport. Uber pick ups/drops were good. Spanish & Russian spoken here with bits of English & French. Recommended if you're not overly critical or picky or expect fancy. Owner responded immediately to WhatsApp questions. A good stay

I was there for a few hours for rest and shower. The place is very poorly maintained. Bad matress and pillows. Torn muskito-net on the window. I’m happy I didn’t have to spend the night there.
Rundown, smells awful, even the room and linens. The receptionist had a way to strong BO.
Neighborhood unsafe, noisy oitside by the pool. We left the place couldn't stand it, no way to spend a night there.
Dirty, outdated, neglected, undemanding.
They not supplying TOWEL , and we can’t found pluggers in the room .
In the bathroom there was no WATER .
Maybe that was reason to not supply towel 🙂😥

Hotel is 20 to 30 minutes from Ezaiza Buenos Aires Airport. Not 10-mins as the sales blurb on Hotels.com states. Taxis cost USD $50.00 each way.
The 'hotel' is in a crummy neighbourhood where I could not even find a supermarket to buy water and something to eat. The hotel sold me a 330ml (small) bottle of water and two packets of biscuits.
There is a swimming pool, but I would not dare to swim in it for fear of parasites or Legionnela. If the cleanliness of the bathroom is anything to go by.....
There were no curtains on the window. I was given a free bottle of red wine as was stated on Hotels.com website. I would have preferred a couple of bottles of water.
