Fairmont Royal York
10/10 Excellent
"Very cleanly - very efficient staff"
One King West Hotel & Residence
10/10 Excellent
"One King West is our go-to in Toronto. Excellent location, easy walk to Scotia bank arena and Roger’s centre. Top notch staff."
Residence and Conference Centre – Toronto
10/10 Excellent
"Don't expect 5 star hotel amenities, this is designed for students going to college. As such there were no kitchen utensils, and this was indicated when I reserved the room. The TV took an hour or so to work out as there's was no cable only wifi service. The shower stall was a bit on the small size. If you're planning to be out and about when you visit the area then this place is excellent."
Cambridge Suites Toronto
10/10 Excellent
"Check in at 4pm is chaotic. Expect to wait for at least an hour!"
Delta Hotels by Marriott Toronto Airport & Conference Centre

"Loved that there was a Starbucks downstairs"

"Great place"
Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Front desk agent Anderson (I believe that was his name) was extremely kind and helpful. All the staff was friendly, always a smile and a hello. Our room was perfect for our needs and the A/C was excellent for hot summer months."
Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel
8/10 Good
"The staff was wonderfully helpful, friendly and attentive. We want to really highlight how incredible "Shahan" was with tending to our room. She was so very kind, professional and helpful, never expressing any annoyance when we needed something in particular, no matter how busy she was. She is top notch, and we felt so fortunate that she was taking care of housekeeping on our floor. Our only critque of our stay is the room design. We were in Room 372. It was significantly inconvenient having the clothes closet inside the bathroom area, with no door separating the toilet and shower area from the closet and vanity/sink area. Getting ready for an event or dinner took twice as long, with one person having to completely wait while the other was getting ready. Having a door or even a simple slide curtain to separate the toilet/shower space from the vanity and clothes closet would make a tremendous difference! But we did love the balcony and the attention to recycling! Thank you."
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Toronto Downtown
8/10 Good
"Staff were excellent overall. Even meeting staff in the hallways were always very pleasant. Our room was accessible with a roll in shower but we had to request a shower chair and even then the entire bathroom was crammed and the lift in the floor to keep the water in the shower was too much to get a wheelchair in without it being tippy. It was too dangerous to safely transfer to the chair so pretty useless and inaccessible overall. You literally could not turn around in a wheelchair in the bathroom. Had to drive in and back out so that you couldn’t close the door behind you. Also had to sit sideways to use the sink."
