"Light sockets were hanging lose in the bathroom over the sink. Sign in bathtub suggesting visitors use the rubber mat, but no rubber mat. The Keurig coffee maker was malfunctioning and did not make a cup of coffee. I mentioned all this to the concierge at the front desk, she just looked at me and wrote down 2 of the 3 issues and then ignored me. The room was otherwise comfortable and clean. The location was great for my needs and close to all the areas I needed to visit."

"Service is lacking greatly, I was waiting to check in with only one lady in front of me yet the desk attendant was only speaking to and addressing the people BEHIND me in line! This happened at least 3-4 times. I was patient and very tired as it was almost 2am and I had been travelling for hours. This was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I would not recommend this hotel if you care for decent quality service. It took another guest behind me that the desk attendant was ready to help to say something about it. After I checked-in, he didn’t guide or direct me where to go to get to my room which you think would’ve been bare minimum. Rooms are nice looking due to recent renovations. Cleanliness is decent but, there could be more attention to detail honestly."
