The setting surrounded by water was spectacular. The incredible attention to detail in the room amenities and provisions is really impressive! The restaurant quality and Orrefors crystal custom wine glasses are beautiful! The staff is great! We will definitely return!!!

Listen to the ocean

Lovely hotel on the water in central Västervik. The mild rocking and sea air will lull you to sleep. Would have been a 5 star if it hadn’t been for some outdated features like the tv in the room and the high cost for the warm bath adjacent to the property. Felt a little steep for hotel guests.

Rummet låg fint i vattnet men i badrummet var det fullt av små flugor. Vi sov två nätter men ingen städning Radion fick vi ingen hjälp med trots att vi sa till maten var undermålig. Till frukost endast laktosfri yoghurt-Det smakar likadant enligt personalen. Ankbröstet till middagen gick inte att skära igenom eller tugga. Parkeringen kostade 150:-/dygn.

Frukosten lämnar en del att önska. Dålig tillgång till bröd, fast det var mer än en timme kvar av frukostens öppettider. Dåligt påfyllt så man var tvungen att be personalen ordna detta. Dock ett bra bemötande från alla! Fina rum.

Spännande läge

Väldigt spännande läge med hav och båtar utanför fönstret. Fräscht och rent. Sköna sängar dock kallt i rummet. AC blåste rakt in mot sängen vilket var synd. Mycket bra frukost!

Mycket trevligt designhotell.

Vi stannade två nätter, lördag o söndag. Lite svårt med avlastning då man står på trottoaren. Lägenheten var rymlig med stor balkong. Saknade dock dynor till solsängarna. Kul med grammofon och skivor på rummet. Snygg designinredning! Dock besvikna över att bartender saknas på söndagkvällen. Extra olyckligt då stan inte erbjuder så många öppna ställen. Vi såg fram emot en god drink men då bartender saknades kunde man inte välja något från cocktailmenyn alls. Men vi lämnade hotellet nöjda i det stora hela.

Sensommar weekend

Servicen var toppen denna gång, vi önskade byta rum och sen utcheckning vilket löstes utan problem. Vi önskade även ostron till rummet (var ostronets dag!) vilket restaurangen fixade trots att det inte fanns på roomservicemenyn, det uppskattade vi enormt - tack! Städnngen håller hög standard och det känns rent och välkomnande. Frukosten har ff mer att önska vad det gäller framförallt påfyllnad, man måste fråga om väldigt mycket.
