We had a lovely stay. Breakfast was very calm. Staff was very friendly and honest about parking being free nearby during weekend and didn’t try to sell a space in their garage. The suite was beautiful and family friendly. A bit worn in places but cleaning was spotless and the first impression was well… impressive! Only minus was the lack of drapes for the lower window in the middle of the suite as the neighbours across the street could easily see us at night and our kids like to run around half-naked before bed. I would also have prefered a shower over a bathtub or possibly to have had both as the bathroom was large enough to have contained both. But that is just my personal taste! Would definitely recommend it if you want to explore the town on foot as the location is probably the most central yet at the same time on a not so busy street. Thank you!

Rummen, Det var rätt kallt på rummen, vi hade bokat två rum då vi kom med familjen 28/12-25. Vi försökte justera på displayen i rummen men det gjorde ingen skillnad. Rummen ser fräscha ut och är riktigt fina, även badrum, Städpersonalen va väldigt trevliga och hälsade. SPA Bubbelpoolen och det området är rätt slitet, inga stora förändringar krävs. Byt ut bubbelpoolen till en ny, den höll alldeles för låg värme och flera plastkomponenter va sönder och den känns 1990 tal, ja den funkar men inte mer. Fixa ny trall runt den och laga fuktskador i väggar och runt fönster, åtgärda rost vid ventilation. Duscharna var trasiga på herrarnas, båda två. Tapeten har släppt på damernas i omklädningsrummet, det såg inte så kul ut. Spa avdelningen vid stora poolen va fint och i ordning, mycket bra. Lite väl kallt för vår smak, särskilt när det är en ”mindre pool” och man inte kan simma och röra sig så mycket i den då fryser man snabbt.. prova själva. Gym, Va helt OK! Frukost, Är helt OK, det man förväntar sig på ett stadshotell finns och allt ser bra ut. Men vill man höja det ett snäpp till så ställ någon bakom disken i köket som hälsar god morgon, frågar om man vill ha ett stekt ägg eller kanske en våffla som serveras av dom, det gör otroligt stor skillnad. Företaget och hotellet är ”mötet med kunden”, det är verksamheten. Det kunde varit ett roligare bemötande i receptionen, vi hade bokat två rum, de låg på våning 3 och 5, hade varit trevligt med försök av rumbyte.
