"Staff was incredible helping us navigate around town, tram was very close and staff made it easy to understand so it make it very easy to get into downtown Seattle without a vehicle. Able to check into the room and leave our bags when we arrived incredibly early after leaving the cruise ship, we were hoping just to drop off bags but able to relax a bit int he room before heading out. Breakfast had tons of variety, very clean and well kept, available very, very early, I think it was like 4 or 5am until 10am. Bed was extremely comfortable, hot tub was hot and hotel in very good condition. Thank you!!!"
"Staff were very helpful in finding a place for dinner and assisting with directions to the airport rental car return. Also, for being so close to the airport, the room was very quiet."
"First trip to Vashon was somewhat of a disappointment, but at least we stayed in a great hotel. Clean, roomy, comfortable. Easy walk to town, lot's of places to eat nearby.
We haven't seen anyone from the staff, which to me is great."
