"The rooms were very spacious, brand new, and even though they were facing to the main street there was no sound coming from outside. We had a long drive from Brasov, Romania and needed the rest after such a long trip and I should say that we all slept like a baby. Our check in was fast, smooth and there was a bottle of white wine waiting for us in our room. As a great fan of Bulgarian wines, I really liked the present. "Nice small family hotel. Our room had an amazing view of the sea and was great for relaxing. On the other hand parking was challenging and the Wi-Fi was non existent. If you list that there is internet in each room I expect it to work. There was no signal except in one corner area and it kept cutting in and out. This would have not been an issue if my trip was for vacation. I was trying to work and it was impossible to do so."

"On arrival to this hotel we experienced an easy check in. When we reached our room we found our keycard did not actually work so had to use a manual key. The room was clean and tidy and had a nice view of the sea from the balcony but the heating in the room did not work which meant it was freezing. Other members of our group next door to us also did not have heating that worked and their hair dryer in the bathroom also did NOT work. It seems nothing really works in this hotel. The third time...

"Its the most terrible hotel, they are lyers and they do not have 4 stars. At first they try to present the hotel for the other hotel in the center of the town showing some pics from the real hotel. The real name of this hotel is not the Royall the true name is Royall beach hotel. The try to attempt to lye everybody."
