Room and overall hotel was good. Clean, bed was comfortable, and it was decently quiet for being in downtown Portland! Mark Spencer Hotel
Extremely fantastic location, cool art deco style, very clean, very nice bathrobes to use during stay, free bottle of wine in room, lovely sitting den area, free music, cheese and wine on some nights in the bar area, and very nice staff.
