"Room appeared clean but another guest had just moved rooms from another floor due to bed bugs so I was cautious about checking my room and although appeared to be no bed bugs, still felt creepy like there might be and I might've missed them, so didn't sleep very well Took a bit to find breakfast room, staff great, food ok but not great - didn't care for choice of meat and eggs were a bit dry"

"When I arrived to the hotel, they put me in a room that was already occupied. Then the staff at the front desk apologized and put me in another room that I found a bug in the bed in. They then moved me to another room. They did try to make it right by comping our entire stay. We did end up checking out of the hotel a day early. "

"I’m convinced we got the worst room in the entire hotel. You could hear every single thing that was going on in the lobby and even below you and above you.. the sheets were inside out. the windows had something sticky on them. the towels smelled like smoke and the homeless issue outside and around is insane.
