"I loved the view, the proximity to the beach and bay, the lawn between our porch and the boardwalk, (including a few resident bunnies) and the amazingly helpful, friendly and responsive staff. Daytrips to Qualicum Beach and Nanaimo were convenient, and walking distance to local shops and restaurants was no problem. We thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary use of robes in our room, and the availability of chairs to borrow for use on the lawn and the beach. And when the closest parking lot was full, it was easy to deal with valet parking by simply dropping our keys at the front desk. A delightful stay, which we highly recommend."

"We stayed here on the way back from Tofino while heading to Victoria. It was just a casual one-night stay, but my husband was sad we didn't stay extra nights :) The room is a nice size, and the big balcony is great. We walked to the beach and used the pool/sauna in the a.m. before leaving. Everything was well maintained and we could comfortably stay for a week for sure. We will stay again if we return to this area in the future."

"In the past month we've stayed in three different rooms at this hotel. All the rooms were spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptional, and the location is perfect for travelers with easy access to the freeway, shopping, and dining. We used the restaurant twice for dinner and once for breakfast. The food was very good and the staff were pleasant."
