"I am so glad I booked our stays at this hotel. We were immediately greeted at reception by a super friendly, welcoming employee named Tina. We had a rough time flying across the country so this was so nice to arrive to. The kids loved the humungous pool and hot tub. A lot of seniors use it for exercise so we just made sure to give them space. We ate breakfast at Fathom and it was delicious and found the prices reasonable especially for the quality (and convenience). I hadn’t planned on using the underground parking but when the time came, it’s just easier and less hassle so I didn’t mind the small cost. The location is amazing, quick walk to fisherman’s wharf, the downtown core and right across from the harbour , my kids loved watching the seaplanes coming and going! We stayed before and again after a trip to Tofino and were welcomed back just as friendly as the first night. All employees met us with smiles and hellos. The beds were comfy and the hotel was very quiet which I really appreciate. I signed up for their rewards program and it was worth it for sure, and I would 100% book this hotel again if we ever go back to Victoria and I would highly recommend to anyone!"

"Everything was great here and made our stay wonderful. From the front desk staff to the very nice room , to the food at the hotel restaurant, to the big glass windows facing the ocean in the pool and hot tub room. We had a dog and she was welcomed with treats and a comfy dog bed. Location to explore this side of the island was perfect. Thank you!!"
