"I liked everything about the hotel except the wait to seat in the lobby restaurant. As with many Fairmont Hotels, it is very awkward and poorly staffed compared to high end competitors like Four Seasons. For the price, they need to step up and not allow the host station to become unmanned or overwhelmed by a few guests."

"Rooms were adequate, staff nice and location was great. For a 5 star hotel service wasn’t as great as other five star hotels I’ve stayed at. Additionally, some amenities, like the pool, needs updating and looks run down. Overall good and adequate, but definitely didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel."

"We were just there for an overnight stay but I was really impressed by all the shared spaces and amenities. Our room was spotless and we even had our own little balcony that we enjoyed our complimentary coffee in the morning. Beds were super comfy. I would definitely come back!"
