"The only hang up for us was the construction on the road(s) to get to the Parkade. The staff member at the front desk didn't realize that there were two roads closed for construction. So the directions he gave me weren't accurate... but we eventually figured it out"

"Great value hotel with good sized room and in a really good location in whistler. Friendly staff and a decent pool and spa area for winding down. Only minor issue is lack of changing room space in the pool area."

"Everything about our stay was great. Don’t expect early check in, while staff did their best to accommodate there was a ton of people requesting early check in (including myself by an hour). They will take your number and call if your room is ready early and offer the lobby while you wait. Staff was very nice. Oh and DO NOT pick anything up or move anything not just in the fridge but in the food and drink basket area above that lookalike it’s included-it’s not and they’re on sensors that automatically bill your credit card.
