"Location was great for collecting a friend from a late night flight and for departing to Victoria. Check in/out was very efficient. Clear directions given of exactly when, where to catch the airport shuttle and return to the hotel via same. Room was clean, towels were lush, bath products were nice , not overly perfumed. Bathroom mirror frame could use a little repair. Beds were comfortable. Only recommendation is to avoid the adjoining Dennyโs restaurant for breakfast. Plenty of Uber access to the city bus depot or direct to the ferry terminal. Will definitely stay again."

"Perfect location for catching a cruise ship and water views. Our room was excellent, ovviously it was recently remodeled and updated. The public spaces a bit disappointing. They are quite dated and in need of a spacing up."
