The Sutton Place Hotel Vancouver
10/10 Excellent
"This property is gorgeous. The room was big, the bed comfortable and it was quiet! "
"The property was clean and had two great restaurants on location, staff were friendly and helpful and check out was simple. Pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyed. The location is perfect to access any of the city’s many sights and shops and lots to do within walking distance. Transportation was very accessible. Understanding it’s an older building, the elevators were a slight issue. Only had two available for each tower they were small and patience is required. "
"We got off our cruise and arrived at the hotel, the room was of course not ready as it was 9am, which we figured would be the case. The bellman Jose' immediately greeted us and took our bags to storage and was so helpful about things we could do or where to go to kill some time. We went to the Fishermans Wharf! Super choice for us! As far as the hotel, it was good, rooms clean, comfy bed. They has a small restaurant, that was very busy, but the 2 staff running it were friendly and attentive as they could be considering. We would stay here againd if needed for 1 night, but longer we would choose a place with stores and restaurants within walking. "
Grand Park Hotel & Suites Downtown Vancouver, Ascend Hotel Collection
10/10 Excellent
"Grand Park was an older hotel downtown that was super convenient and adjacent to an area with a lot of great dining options. Front desk staff was very helpful and it was a 10 minute Uber to Roger's arena and 25 minute safe walk back after the show. "
