"Our room was very clean, which is always my top priority so I was very happy with that aspect. The hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful and the hotel was centrally located with shopping nearby. The only minor issue that we had was that the indoor pool water was a bit cool for my taste, definitely not a deal breaker though. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We will definitely be coming back next time we're staying in the Albany area. "
