"We (family of 4) stayed here for 5 days over the New Year and we can't say enough about the genuine, inviting, and fun nature of the staff. The food is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel is well appointed with fresh rooms, amazing mountain views and shuttles to the area ski lifts. We would definitely return. "

"Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit gutem Frühstück.
- Check-in: klar Ungenügend, da Pässe und ID Karten zurückgehalten wurden („geht schon mal aufs Zimmer, wir machen das in der Zwischenzeit“ - was natürlich nicht gemacht war als wir wieder runter kamen und lieber ein „Schwatz“ gehalten wurde). Service geht anders. Ist auch nicht Risikofrei.
- Die Betten würde ich so definieren: nächster Härtegrad der Matratzen = Betonboden. An angenehmem Schlafen war nicht zu denken. Ein absolutes No Go für ein Hotel...
