"Hotel Beretta is in an ideal location in Varenna. Easy access to the ferries and the train. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of options. Some rooms have balconies that have beautiful lake views. There is a great restaurant on the ground floor as well. "

"This hotel was located in the heart of a lively square close walk to both train stations and the waterfront. Rooms were spotless. Breakfast was great and staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend staying here and I will be back again someday. "
