Beautiful hotel with a nice view of Lake Lugano. Great rooms. We were upgraded from a Mountain View room to a beautiful lake view at no cost. Thank you hotel Lido Seegarten. The best breakfast ever, the dining area has a view of the lake. I highly recommend this hotel.

The property is lake front! Amazing views, very friendly staff. Only one note…. The walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors. We were not so lucky to get the quiet ones. Overall excellent stay.

From the moment we arrived we were happy. Great reception staff. Special mention to Carlotta. Helpful and courteous. The room! Good size, beautiful view with cute little balcony. Gorgeous terrace for breakfast. Close to transport and a short walk to the funicular. Location and everything was wonderful. We would thoroughly recommend.

The hotel is modern, it’s located in the heart of the city and short walking distance to Lugano lake. Closed to the hotel there are many designer boutiques (luxury clothing brands), also behind the hotel there is a cable care for going up to the train station. If you are coming to Lugano by train, you just take the cable car for going down the city center. Regarding hotel staff, they are very decency and friendly.

The location of the hotel was good. Easy to get to Lugano Centre by Line 2 Bus. The bus was SO reliable & came every 20 minutes. The room had a great view of the lake but was not well equipped re power points. The bathroom was excellent. I thought for an expensive hotel it was a bit much to charge you if you wanted a cooked omelette or eggs fried or poached. Most hotels offer this. The evening meal was excellent. I loved my veal & it had beautiful tasty accompaniments. The hotel provided the Ticino Card which meant bus Transport was free.
