"Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was clean and modern. The hotel is about 10mins walk from the train station. It is manageable as there is no bus or taxi in the area. I would highly recommend this place. Small family hotel but very nice and very clean. "

They clean our room every two hours amazing service. Every activity you want to do on the lake they organized for you and they are very professional and communicative. "Breakfast was filled with lots of choices, from fresh fruits to croissants and fresh juices. Our room was very clean and very comfortable with lots of amenities that made for a very nice stay we had a balcony with the most amazing view. All the staff were cheerful and very professional. We ate many of our dinners at the Victoria Grill. The menu offered many choices and the food was of high quality. Service was also top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel for its central location on Lake Como."

Joseph (the proprietor) bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful-- he met us late at night to check in, made us special breakfasts for our kids, arranged a dinner reservation at an amazing restaurant, and so much more. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great, and the location in Lierna was absolutely perfect-- a sweet little street near the main plaza and harbor. We would return in a heartbeat!"
