Alll ok until heavy wind pull the massive window wide open just about to fly away . No explanation given why we have this room basically with no locking system in place knowing we have kids in that room . Obviously no refund given or apologies as we been getting to different rooms as nothing happened ...

When I booked this place I was stupid to assume that 3 people would have beds! A pull out couch with broken springs is not an acceptable bed. Towels only for 2 people. No bath mat. No towel in the kitchen to dry dishes. No extra linens at all. The pull out bed in the couch had DIRTY WRINKLED ...
