"Perfect location for those going to the Arena di Verona. Note that the hotel can lend seat cushions for the performance - a big help given the extremely hard seating in the majority of the the Arena."

"Hotel is in ideal location, just 10 mins walk to city centre/arena and 10 mins to train station in opposite direction, standard buffet breakfast with gluten-free options if you need, room was clean though still used an old fashioned key for entry though I think this is in the process of being upgraded to card system . Staff were friendly and are really helpful, would stay here again"

"Lovely hotel and very central in Verona…everything was walkable from this hotel location. . From the train station we took the city bus to the Arena area and the hotel was just steps away. The breakfast was top notch, excellent & they provide drinks in the fridge at no extra charge, which was very welcome as it was very hot. They upgraded our room and we had an outdoor balcony , though it was rather hot to use it. They have a beautiful rooftop with view of the Arena and Verona. The hot tub is located in the rooftop near the restaurant. As we were leaving they asked if we wanted bottled water to take on our train trip and something to take from the breakfast room. The staff were so nice,friendly and informative. The bedding and bed were comfortable and very clean. If in Verona, I would stay again."

"We had an amazing 3 night stay at Hotel Aurora. Just a step away from Piazza Delle Erbe. Our room was perfect, air conditioned, very clean and so quiet you would not realise you were in central Verona. The buffet breakfast had a great selection of food and drinks available, definitely great value. The terrace is lovely too for breakfast or just for a coffee. Most importantly the staff were great, a real family atmosphere here, nothing was ever too much. Lots of great advice on where to visit and best ways to get to places. Would definitely come back. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our stay so enjoyable."
