"Great experience from the moment we drove to the entrance. Very good service. Spectacular building, tasteful decor and beautiful surroundings. Incredible breakfast and amenities. The only few things that made me not give it 10/10 was the fact you have to pay 10€ to use the spa, which I can’t justify with a hotel of this price tag. Also, we wanted to be bougie and order room service but neither of the phones in the room was working so we had to go downstairs to order which kind of defeats the purpose. The only open fountain has very limited hours open. "

"Great location and ample free parking. Breakfast was simple, good and more than adequate. Staff was friendly and helpful. No real amenities like a restaurant, big bar, and the spa with pool is only if you upgrade, but if all you’re looking for is a nice clean room in a great location, then you can’t go wrong."

"This has got to be the most beautiful hotel we have yet to stay at. So clean and quiet with the most gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. The restaurant serves healthy and top notch gourmet food. The breakfast is delicious with a wide assortment of things. We will be back to stay here the next time we visit Portugal! "
