"Clean room with awesome amenities like hot tubs and fire pit . Room wasn’t adequately stocked with toilet paper for 4 people, no pen, no tissue box and no coffee maker . Although coffee was brought to you via room service. Other than that it was very good. Soooo overpriced for what you’re getting though but Banff is Banff and you know the saying , location location location!"

"Lake Louise can be difficult to navigate but staying here made it all so easy. The nice lady at the front desk arranged a wonderful day trip to Lake Louise and Lake Moraine for us. Just what we wanted. We really enjoyed our stay."
