"The pool area was fantastic and our kids loved it! The hot tub was quite hot and super relaxing with or without the jets on, but there also was a hot tub with more children friendly temperatures. The steam room was a hit, the gym area just appeared quite small but it might be due to renovations. We ate onsite at their restaurant which was a buffet and everyone was happy with the options available! "

"Place is a bit run down. The furniture is old and dirty. The kettle and fan were filthy. The unit smelled like cigarette smoke when we first walked in. Staff are always friendly but a refresh is much required. "

"Heated underground parking was great. The hot tubs are wonderful to warm up after a day of snowboarding. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Otter was great!"
