"Stayed one night at the hostel. This isn’t a hotel, so if you are searching for quiet and sleek accommodations then stay elsewhere. Teens and college students mostly stay there and run about the property - even at 11pm. The rooms were clean but not fancy at all. It’s ok for one night. The area doesn’t have semi- luxurious accommodations.... I think the price is high for a youth hostel. If there were fancier rooms then I didn’t see them. The place does have a pool and the view of Jordan is nice...

"We had an amazing stay and really enjoyed ourselves. The place was very calm and peaceful, not loud at all, which made it so relaxing. Everyone was really nice, and the staff was amazing, always friendly and willing to accommodate anything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely come back!"

"Wonderful hotel with great balcony views of the Sea of Galilee. Staff were very accommodating. I ended up extending my reservation 2 additional nights due to lack of transportation out of Tiberius on shabbat and enjoyed just staying in the room all day Saturday. Cons: there was hair in the corner of shower floor (not mine) and some mold…everything else was spotless except the floors around the shower. For such a nice hotel I was surprised not to find a hair dryer or iron but that didn’t take away from my enjoyment of the room."

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide and varied selection to suit different tastes. Everything was delicious, and the variety made starting each morning a real pleasure. It is a pleasure to experience a hotel where hospitality is not just a service, but a genuine commitment. A special compliment to the entire team for making us feel so welcome and valued. "The room was clean, spacious and had a great view of the sea. The bed was comfortable and had a great two nights of sleep. The breakfast buffet was good and had a lot of variety. The promenade was walking distance and convenient. The GM and Kim front desk manager were very good and helpful. Our tour guide had an accident and had to cancel one room on the first day. The hotel were very kind and forgave the charge for the first day and gave me a further discount for the second day. They did not have to do that, but the hotel went over and above and beyond the call of service. This is service at its best."

"The room was clean and comfortable! The decor and furniture were a bit dated and shabby. But everything was clean in good shape. Breakfast was excellent! everything was tasty and fresh.👌 The view from the dining room is breathtaking!!! If you don't mind older amenities in all a great to place to stay, especially families with kids .😃 4 stars easy."
