"The service was excellent from the very start. Shortly after we completed the online booking, the hotel reached out to confirm our arrival time and offered to arrange a taxi if needed. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with drinks, and since the previous guests had already checked out, we were able to check in early. The staff were outstanding throughout our stay—exceptionally friendly and a pleasure to interact with. The room exceeded our expectations—much better than what the online photos had suggested. We were given a complimentary drink each evening too. The location was ideal, just a short walk (under 5 minutes) to the heart of Valletta. Bus 133, which stops just around the corner from the hotel, made it easy to get around central Malta as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Malta.
