"If you are looking for a property with character, and a perfect host, stop reading and reserve the property. Malta is about history and atmosphere. This property is steps from one of the largest and historic forts in the Med. You can walk in minutes to either bay surronding the city. One side of this property is on Republic Street which passes through the middle of the city. It is priced resonably and the hosts are friendly and helpful. It is clean and eludes character. Highly reccomend!!!!!"

"The property is clean and quaint. It is newly renovated and very comfortable. Two things to mention: the door to the unit is very difficult to open with the key and the stairs are difficult for older people with baggage. The lady who cleans is a gem, helping us with WIF and giving us her key. The lock tithe door needs replacing "

"I checked in quite late due to the ferry schedule. The unit is less than 10 minutes from the ferry port. accessing the building was not difficult although as a short person I struggled to reach the keypad without having to step onto the first step at the doorway. "The location and authenticity of the accommodation is amazing. It is very close to the main sites in Valletta and in a traditional lane house. It is also great value. The one thing to be aware of is that given it is an authentic house and on a main thoroughfare, it is super noisy. If you bring some ear plugs it will be fine. The apartment itself is well equipped and all you need for a great stay in Valletta. Rooms are very spacious."

"Property pictured is NOT correct. The flour was filthy and badly needed mopped. Could not get the heat to work even after following the written instruction book. Kitchen pictured under the stairs is now the holder for cleaning supplies and broom. The windows were old and didn't close properly. Would not recommend this place."

"Property was interesting and comfortable, however, for people with mobility issues I would not recommend it, too many steps. The property needs a mirror near an electrical plug so one can dry hair. No electric shaving ability. It’s a good location if the weather is hot. It’s a bit of a walk from the centre of activities, but not far. Overall, comfortable and pretty well equipped."

The only drawback was the major construction that was underway in the plaza across the street with the noise of heavy equipment being quite disruptive while trying to relax on vacation.
