The property is very nice, the restaurant serves good food, and the parking is excellent. However, in my room, the water pressure in the shower was very low, and it took a long time for the water to get hot; also, the towels were very old.

Comfortable, simple rooms. Staff was super helpful and attentive. Fun and funky property overall with fun decor all around, and they even have a cool vintage car collection too! Restaurant attached to the hotel was fantastic with great food and great prices and lovely wait staff as well. Perfect hotel for travellers and families alike. Would return any time and would recommend to all.

Honest and clean hotel. Good value.

The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. D'ont go there for the pool. They have a nice pool but poorly maintained. The filtration system was at off.

Nice place, wonderful staff

This is a nice property with small bungalows as well as hotel rooms. It's back to back with a shopping mall with a grocery store and coffee shop. The staff are also very honest. I left my wallet in the restaurant one evening and the next morning, as I walked out of my bungalow to see if it was there, the manager came running with it before I got 20 feet from the door.

Very nice garden, friendly staff, museum of antique cars, shopping mall just round the corner. Ice cream and Chinese food in the mall are good. Laundry service just round the corner of the mall. Walking to the town is about 10-15 minutes. Taxi 40 pesos.

Cute place with beautiful grounds. Nice pool. The restaurant on the property was really good. Fairly safe area. I walked to the laundry mat and a shopping center without issue. No elevator. I had to walk up to third floor with so much luggage. Small to average size room with A/C, but old, 2-prong outlets. The walls and windows are thin. While I love nature and animals, the grackles were unbearably loud before 5am. I could barely sleep. Also, I heard my neighbors pretty well. Small bathroom and our showerhead was so old that it barely worked.

We've been guest of hacienda Sanchez many times over the last 15 years. Who is nice to see the improvement of animals statues added to a garden made it feel more like a true hacienda. However the food on Sunday evening in the restaurant was not edible. The staff did kindly cancel the order. Also they have implemented strange charges you now pay 30 pesos for a small container of ice where you can get a 7 lb bag of ice for less than that a block away at a major grocery store. Also the room was not as clean as in the past it was one of the cabanas not the hotel rooms so I'm hoping as I alerted management these things will be addressed. I hope to return to the hotel in the future

I have been visiting the Hacienda for years. This time I was saddened by the way the rooms looked, the towels are very old they smelled good but they need to be replaced. The beds are old and uncomfortable and so are the pillows, rooms need to be updated. I was sad to see how abandoned my favorite hacienda in Mexico is looking.
