"Miguel greeted us, gave us overview of hotel and city. He gave us a map and oriented us. Told us important info on avoiding the hills and got us off to a great start. The hotel is beautiful and staff wonderful, from checking in, breakfast to dinner! Breakfast is truly the hugest selection of food I have ever seen, they even have champagne for mimosas! "Wow what a hotel outside the city stunning views of the river amazing pool and hotel employees all so helpful friendly couldn’t do enough. Went slightly out of season so not all facilities such as roof top bar available but didn’t soil the use of the hotel will definitely return and you can walk into Porto so good exercise cab only €8 away from the hustle and bustle of the city allowing you to chill out as well."

"It was absolutely incredible from the first second to the last. Everything from check in, to how clean and comfortable it was, to the smile goodbye. I think what really set them aside from the rest is how the employees really felt like they were happy to be there and were looking to go above and beyond at every second.
