"Staff was pleasant and attentive. Room was clean. I had a problem with the bathtub not draining properly. My guess is that there was lots of hair stuck in the pipe or p-trap. I was showering daily with water above my ankles. Other than that, the hotel was great. I would most likely stay again."

Residence du Parc - Val D'Europe

"Really great value and not far from Disney, the bus stop is right outside and takes about 20 minutes. I'd recommend getting an earlier or later bus as the first day it was rammed! The bus will also go the other way to the shopping centre at Val d'Europe so you can stock up on food which you can make in your room, or take with you for packed lunches to Disney. We got a great deal here and ended up with an extra night for the same price we'd paid on our last visit to stay onside at Disney itself."

"Room is good, although one of the occupants of the room does have to climb over the other occupant to get in the bed. Staff were polite and the bar is clean, although the smokers lounge is in the middle of the bar and the smell does enter the bar as smokers move between the two."

"We stayed 5 days, 4 nights with 2 kids. We enjoyed our time at this hotel very much. We very much appreciated that this is the 1st stop for pick up on the shuttle to Disney as we didn’t realize that when trying to select a hotel. The indoor play ground is a great option to burn energy and is open fairly late. The swimming pools are excellent with the indoor and outdoor options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was great however selective on what was cleared and cleaned up towards to the tail end of the stay which wasn’t a dealbreaker just odd. The lobby scent is a bit offensive and strong and that would be my only complaint."

"We like everything about the property our room was clean and very well maintained we had an excellent view of the Eiffel Tower as we had requested. The staff was amazing and everyone was super friendly. It is literally just a few short blocks away from the Eiffel Tower and there are lots of great restaurants and shopping close by making the area very vibrant and a very nice place to stay."
