"The staff at this hotel on lovely Seto Sea were super helpful and friendly. The room was huge with great view of sea. The public bath also wonderful with same view. The half board breakfast and dinner a very good value. A great place to stay for visiting Naruto area and temples on Shikoku pilgrimage path. Shuttle to bus and train very handy "

"We had a rental car accident on our way to here from Iya Valley and we checked with late with huge taxi fares. We just quickly enjoyed onsen and Kaiseki was great with various Taimeshi cuisines. However, I didn’t get to enjoy the hotel as I had to pick up another rental car at Tokushima airport and to reserved naruto Eddy.

"It's the worst experience in Japan ever!! There is no staffs or check in reception. We reached there in the evening. It's dark and super cold. As I have never received the door password from this accommodation RAKUTEN STAY VILLA or Expedia, so we felt helpless at outdoor under strong wind. Fortunately there are 3 Japanese youth guests came out and help us to call the CS,finally we got my villa Password. We appreciated their help and stayed with us in the cold weather almost an hour. "lovely location. breakfast had a huge variety of choices.
one small challenge was information. i asked about boat trips, went to the activity desk, who said they weren't running, who sent me back to the front desk, who gave me a bus timetable. every time I asked a question I was handed more paper. this was after a 15 minute long check in where they explained random hotel details. I then had to go to another desk to make dinner reservations - at the hotel.
hoping for a bit more efficiency in the future. "
