Automated carparking facility on site. Check in and check out processes are very efficient. There is a 7-11 across the street, but not many restaurants in the neighbourhood from a short walk. The room is bright with good lighting. Free breakfast provided.

good hotel but not enough bread at breakfast

the hotel is ok, the room ok, people very nice BUT at breakfast the bread always was not enough for all clients. and for an european breakfast without bread is difficult. I saw some local clients with a lot of bread on the table, and then others with no one. pleae correct this.

Just what you’d expect from a good quality, budget hotel. Breakfast was great, location was perfect, wifi was adequate, beds were comfortable and the room had everything you needed. Note to families: Expedia sell a twin room as suitable for 2ad 2ch but it’s not really as beds are single beds. We were OK because we’re all quite small but it’s not really suitable. Get two rooms unless you’re prepared to sleep in single beds.

Very good all around, and great location

This business type hotel turned out to be a great choice: * Quite comfortable with friendly, helpful staff * The room was well appointed, and a little roomier than many similar hotels I've stayed in in Japan. * Very convenient walking distance to points of interest, to the main rail/bus station, and to dozens of restaurants * Lots of things to choose from at the breakfast buffet. (Note: mostly Japanese items, but a few things available for those preferring North American breakfast foods) If I return to Takushima, I would definitely stay again at Toyoka Inn.

I saw many Japanese business people there, it is walkable to the Takushima Station, by taxi is under 1000 yen. I asked front desk staff about where is the nearest bus stop to get on buses to the Tokushima Station, but both the 2 staff on duty couldn’t give me a clear idea. Later I found out the bus stop is just 200 meters away: walk out from hotel main entrance, turn left walking to the cross road and turn left again. Only 250 yen to the Tokushima Station.
