The staff are also very kind & attentive—they even provide a personal assistant to help you with anything you need during your stay. "Perfect choice for Bukhara! About a 15 minute walk into the old town, taxis readily available if you prefer. Staff were extremely helpful, even helped order me a taxi from the train station upon my arrival! Rooms were clean and well tended to. Overall a great stay I’d recommend to anyone looking for an elevated experience."

"Interesting to stay in an authentic Soviet hotel. The rooms and hotel have retained the architecture even if it feels outdated. The room was large with lots of oak furniture but could be cleaner. They had ran out of hot water in the evenings. The breakfast was adequate. There should be more tables to cater to lots of guests. The restaurant on the top floor is good and very well priced. There is a bar there too. There are windows overlooking the city and a perfect sunset view."
