"I had a much better experience during this trip than my two previous ones—they are trying very hard to improve the guest experience. Prior to booking, I looked at reviews and they were as damning as my previous experiences. However, there are very few choices in this part of Toronto and o had no choice but to go there. It takes a while for the reputation to rebuild, and I have to say that this time the negative reviews do not actually reflect the actual experience. I was pleasantly surprised and I would not hesitate to go back. They do have a lingering issue with one elevator being down, and they don’t seem to have solved this problem. We were frustrated by how long it took to catch the elevator. A hotel with 21 floors can’t function well with just 2 elevators. Everything else was fine."

"Great staff, allowed me to check in early and check out late which allowed me to attend a meeting. My room was very clean and modern, overall the hotel is clean and updated. An important note to anyone with mobility issues, the hotel does not have an elevator though the lower rooms seem to have easy access to the parking lot and lobby."

"The hotel was very nice and clean. Down in the parking garage is also a little market store which is very convenient. Hotel staff were very polite and courteous. Cleaning staff were great and accommodating. The only disappointment was the internet. It was terrible on the floor we stayed on (20th). It was almost non existent. Also the mobile phones would go into no service on that floor as well as the parking garages. I would give 5 stars if not for those two issues. Otherwise great hotel to stay in."
