Good value hotel with clean rooms. We stayed over Thanksgiving and it was busy with tour buses—long check-in lines and noise from the room above affected our sleep. However, when we told the staff the next day, they were very helpful and upgraded our room. Overall, a satisfying stay with good customer service.
