Awesome location. However, the hotel is a bit outdated. We were place on the first floor and the room smelled like a wet dog, luckily my kids aren’t allergic. They tried to spray but the smell lingers. Staffs were very nice and friendly.

I always have a great experience at this particular hotel. The staff had always been very pleasant and helpful. In the event that I have ever needed anything, they have always been very attentive and met my expectations. I normally have events that are in the downtown core and take the bus and subway downtown in order to save money.
