"well the room was boiling hot and aircon was not powerful enough to keep the room cool. it was 27 degrees inside the room. outside was acutally cooler. staff during day shift just not good enough to sort any issues at all. they just smile and make excuses and wont solve the problem. staff needs training. ..."
