"Dirty. Room was gross. Times in bathroom were loose and coming up, room had stains throughout, there was a leak when you enter the hallway inside that the water was being caught by a trash bin, some motor parts were tucked in a corner of the inside, smelled like weed in the hallways, the carpeted stairs and hallways were filthy, a dead roach was in the corner for the 2 days i was there. Will never stay there again. "

"Bathroom was poorly cleaned, and the shower leaked a lot of water. Staff gave incorrect times for breakfast and happy hour, meaning we missed both. Overall, not a great stay."

"Everything was wonderful! Patio with a nice view of a green space, a veranda on our floor (6th), room was clean, bed was comfy with lots of pillows, complimentary breakfast and dinner were great too. The staff was super friendly and everything was clean. Definitely will stay here on our next trip to San Antonio!"
