The room was clean and the dtaff at the Front Desk were very nice and friendly. The phone in our room was not working. The A/C were our kids stayed was leaking and the fan could not turn off. It was very cold at night.

No airport shuttle as advertised, no early check in despite the hotel being virtually empty, room was pretty beaten, their front desk day store is just sad off brand or empty shelves.
