"The hotel has friendly helpful staff at the reception. The view we had was spectacular, and the fireworks display at the lake can best be watched from our rooms. The dinner buffet was very good in quality and spread, thoughtfully planned for international and local guests. The onsen here is one of the cleanest so far. I wish the towels are provided at the onsen baths instead of us carrying ours there. "

Our room had a beautiful lake view, and we were lucky to experience the fireworks show right from the hotel, which made the evening extra special. "Great breakfast options. Japanese, western or buffet. I chose western. Premium fresh fruits, pastries, famous Hokkaido milk, different juices and many more. The outdoor onsen is beautiful. Our room with lake view, we could see the lakeside fireworks at night and beautiful sunrise in the morning. The best of all, they let us check in early since our room is ready. And the check out time is not till 12 pm. White gloves staff services through out the hotel. The room is extremely clean. We would definitely will come back. "
