"Very good size room with a large comfortable bed and nice toiletries. However, the room could do with updating, furniture a little old looking and paint flaking from the bathroom ceiling. There was a good choice for breakfast, both continental and cooked but the cooked breakfast was not warm enough. It was edible but could have been hotter. Staff very helpful and communal areas all very clean and modern."

"Excellent location Helpful staff Check in was online and you collect keycard at kiosk. I was given room on 1st floor which I like in a basement like space. I have stayed here few times but first time floor below reception. Room was initially hot but day 2 it was cool Location perfect to attend concert at Bristol Beacon Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance Staff was very nice and helpful at all times."

"After wanting to stay here for a while I finally got the opportunity and went for the Bunk Room which was fun to do with a family. Rooms are really stylish and well designed while being functional. Hairdryer and straighteners are provided in the room along with cowshed toiletries. Had dinner and breakfast in the diner which was delicious, great service from Ruby both times."

"Signature room was great, good size , fantastic king bed and large well appointed bathroom (but could have had a hook near the shower for your towel). Staff at the hotel very polite and friendly, helped to change dinner reservation time after a delay on the golf course. Did however feel that prior to my arrival I called the hotel to ask about check in process and if my luggage could be taken to my room whilst they was playing my golf round and the chap who I spoke to was not as friendly and the conversation seems very difficult and one sided compared to the staff I met at the hotel."
