"My experience at the spa was so memorable. This property is gorgeous with lots of immersive art on the walls and a giant fireplace inside where you can roast marshmallows. We enjoyed trying new foods at the 9 course dinner included in the reservation. However, the breakfast was phenomenal with the best pastries I have ever had, and omelets cooked by a chef! Our room included an outdoor onsen so it was a little more expensive, but worth every dollar. The outdoor bath was so beautiful like something you see on movies! Definitely a once in a lifetime experience and I’m glad I got to experience it with my fiancé!"

"Compact yet spacious, this functional, clean, and comfortable cabin features a beautiful wooden-frame design. It is about 30 minutes from Sapporo Station by JR train, and a taxi ride to New Chitose International Airport costs around ¥2,400. We stayed here for two nights and were very pleased with the service and facilities."

"The staff didn't speak almost any English or Spanish. Only Japanese, and a tiny idea in English, that wasn't enough to answer or help with some things I needed. Besides that, which is very common in Tokyo (against most ideas that "everybody" speaks English, which is not true at all), the hotel was a real finding: comfortable (tiny room with everything needed), clean, well located for my needs, in a quiet area, right across the street from the Subway entrance. I would stay there again, considering that there is a 35 to 45 minutes trip to any of the central places I visited in my previous trip: Ginza, Harajuku or Shibuya are a little far. I didn't mind, but it may be inconvenient to somebody else searching for a centrally located hotel. This hotel is a 20-minute walk from the Senso-ji temple, which I believe is one of the most amazing things to visit in Tokyo. I enjoyed it a lot, and I would go back to this hotel just to be as close as I was in my previous visit. All in all, a great investment."
