"The experience was so amazing. We were mesmerized by the history told by the host. It was so beautiful to be emersed into nature. Seeing the stars at night and watching full moon. Listening to the birds. Watching sunset and sunrise reflect off of lake. The food made us feel like kings and queens."

"Older hotel so a little dated. However rooms clean and very comfortable. Safe and good fridge in the room. Staff at reception very helpful and pleasant. Beautiful setting just outside Puno. A 20sol taxi ride into Puno.Nice walking by hotel and good views. Breakfast good."

"Amazing hotel and amazing staff!!! I would definitely come back here with my family. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient is that it’s located quite a bit away from the city centre so you have to take a taxi every time you want to go do something in town. But it’s super quiet here!"

"It was cold but everything was on time from the pick up at the Juliaca airport to the boat ride to the island and back! Dinner was great and so was trying on the native attire. They were very accommodating! What a wonder experience at Lago Titicaca!"

"Very impressed with the hotel. Great location, minutes away from the main square and a lot of business/restaurant around. The room is very clean. It has all the necessary equipment, particularly a space heater, which is very necessary for the cold night. The people work there are super friendly and helpful. I bought some food back to the hotel. They lended me some bowls for eating the food. I had to leave in the morning to catch a bus. They know I won’t have time to eat breakfast, so they prepared me a boxed lunch. I would definitely say the service here is better than majority of hotels I have been to."

"incredible experience, the room is so beautiful. we were very grateful to our host and his family for their time and their wonderful support. meals were delicious and they catered so so well to our last minute request for vegetarian meals. 100% perfect all around, so recommended!!"

"We maintain contact with the person in the hotel before arrive, but the boat delays 20 minutes or more to pick me up at the port. The pictures of the website do not reflect the place. There is NO restaurant in there, niether Hot water Nor heating in the room. With the temperature at 5 centigrades or less. I left the hotel the next morning. No BUFFET BREAKFAST. To much lies"

"The location of the room was perfect, slightly separate from a lot of the other floating islands and so it felt more secluded. It was amazing waking up to the beautiful view in the morning. We went with the owner, Nestor, on a trip which was far better than the other organised tours. Nestor was friendly and talked us through everything to with the islands, the culture and the tourism. "
