"Clean room, excellent staff"

"Luis was a very kind and accommodating host, he was very attentive and helpful. Even offered to take us to the bus station. The room was clean and there was plenty of hot water. The location was great as well, it was walking distance to city's center."

"The hotel is right next to Puno mercado. The building isn’t new, but it was warm at night and the water in the shower was hot (no shampoo provided). We enjoyed breakfast and the staff is very caring and easy to communicate. After all, its a budget hotel, and for the money - a great value."
