"I was scared after seeing reviews on other sites but I was pleasantly surprised. It was an affordable stay, rooms were clean, and the location was fantastic.
Falls were in walking distance, as well as many restaurants.
I only had 2 issues with the property. First, parking. Not many spots. We found one and decided we would walk everywhere. Second, our 4th floor smelled like weed the entire time.
So why 4 stars? If you go in realizing it is a budget friendly place and may be a little run down, then expectations are met.
