"Nice location to visit the Niagara Falls (12min walking). Breakfast is complementary and it was good. The hotel entrance needed attention, been the first impression, it was trash, spider webs and cigarretes all over. the room bathroom needed a deep clean because it had mold in the shower. Front desk lady was nice and helpful, as we check out we were able to leave our backpacks there for few hrs til we were ready to go to the airport."

"Family of four, two kids aged 5 and 3. The hotel for us was perfect as far as amenities, the pool was great and the kids enjoyed the beach area downstairs on the lake. Location wise it was perfect as well, located directly on Canada St and within walking distance to everything. Some negatives were the bar at the pool, a bit unorganized and the drinks weren’t great. The room could use an update, felt a bit dated but it was clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again for future trips to Lake George. Highly recommended for those traveling with young children."

"Amazing location with a beautiful view. The renovated rooms are really nice and the hall, restaurant and pool are great. The place feels warm and welcoming. The only thing that could be improved is the staff service at the breakfast restaurant. It was a breakfast buffet and all they had to do was to serve coffee and beverages and we had to ask 3 times. The restaurant wasn’t full and they were plenty of waiters. Other than that very please le with our stay and we will come back for sure."

"The property was in okay condition but I will say that many of the guests were slobs, leaving dirty towels and garbage on the floor outside their rooms. We also felt terrible for some of the employees as guests argued with employees just trying to enforce the rules and keep everyone safe in the waterpark."

"Our stay here overall was very nice. The front desk staff was helpful, but they were overwhelmed with check-ins, check-outs as well as giving and taking pool towels and providing smore supplies. They needed a concierge to help out but that desk was always empty. The lake is a pretty far walk from the hotel."
