Upstate New York hotel rooms a the Best Western

"I didn’t like that the bathroom was so small. "

"Welcoming was very pleasant, the continental breakfast was nice, room was stocked and everything seemed to work good. 2 unsatisfied situations other wise. 1. Hair was left in the tub, and the tub/shower wall was not cleaned from top to bottom. It had old soap running down the wall. 2. Spider/dust web hanging down and over the refrigerator/coffee area in a couple different spots."

"Hotel was close to Rochester Airport and provided parking during a cruise. Shuttle to airport was very convenient. Room was very clean and comfortable.."
