"The hotel was nicely located across from bistro 140 which was a wonderful outdoor cafe. The hotel was also convenient to other historic parts of the city and shopping. The room was very clean, and all the staff were very friendly. We weren’t able to eat at the hotel as restaurant had a wait."

I had an issue while checking in: the hotel policy on Expedia says the hotel accepts debit cards, credit cards and cash. I presented my debit card for the security hold of CAD $200, the hotel front desk staff Simon said they ONLY take credit cards. I was stranded as I didn’t have a credit card, and had to ask a friend for help. The hotel policy should be updated as so to prevent such inconvenience to other hotel guests. "
