"Le service de chambre laisse à désirer. Nous y avons séjourné 2 fois durant nos vacances, la première fois la poubelle a été oubliée sur le bureau et lors du second séjour le lit a été à peine fait. Au-delà de ça, chambre propre et spacieuse. Les salles de bain pourraient être rénovées notamment les WC qui ont fait leur temps. Parking très grand donc aucun problème à ce niveau. Hôtel excentré, peu de resto autour accessibles à pied. Cependant il y a une ligne de bus juste en face de l'hôtel pour se rendre au centre-ville en 40 minutes. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour visiter Jacques Cartier puis Québec. Le trajet jusqu'à Jacques Cartier se fait plutôt bien en voiture. Nous recommandons cet établissement."

"The hotel was nice. Of the amenities, I really enjoyed having the dining area downstairs where you could sit down with the kids to have a meal. Also, there was a microwave and a vending machine which came in very handy to warm up the food and bottled milk for my toddler. Overnight parking at the back of the hotel was also available which was a blessing. Almost all the places in Old Quebec City, were within walking distance of the hotel. There were also many restaurants and cafes on the same street as the hotel."
