Beautiful Super Clean Big room , there is kitchen in lobby area Nice Boutique Hotel , Nice decor In quiet but very central area, lots of restaurants . Excellent location. Price is affordable compare to another Beds are awesome Left our bags after check out behind staff room . Easy to communicate thru text . Make sure your phone handy . When we got there , put in code , it didnt work but texted them , they figured it out promptly No staff , no biggy Excellent!!!!

Amazing fancy hotel. Room was very clean and so pretty. Location is very convenient you can go to the old Quebec by walk about 30min. Very nice area (upper town) If you come by car they have a parking space (need $26+tax) I stayed only one night but I would like to stay more if I could … If I will back Quebec City, I definitely come back to this hotel! Check in is need some information from hotel you should check mail from the hotel!

Our stay at Hotel Charles-Alexandre was lovely! The location just off the Plains of Abraham park was wonderful for walking into the Old Town. The park, the river and a choice of cafes and restaurants are all in easy reach. The room itself was clean, spacious and pretty! There is no staff on site so we didn’t meet a single staff member but they were very communicative by text - checking in on us daily.

Room very well taken care of, great location and very cute. If you are someone who struggles with stairs or online check ins i wouldn't recommend. However i loved the charm of the hotel and it provided us with access to alot of sights without having to drive!
